“I had performed at Busch Gardens the season before as Sir Percival, a storytelling knight who performed in a small space right across from The Enchanted Lab (that space became storage for merchandising, I believe), so I was familiar with the show. I didn’t audition specifically for The Enchanted Lab, just for the Entertainment Department in general. They were already familiar with my work, so they must have thought I’d be an appropriate choice to play Northrup.”
